Meet our Therapists

I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood and supported, whatever challenges life brings.

As a BACP-registered therapist with a degree in counselling, and currently working towards a Master's in Contemporary Relationship Studies, I bring together professional training, practical experience and a genuine passion for helping people navigate life's difficulties.

My approach is systemic and integrative. This means I don't just focus on an individual in isolation. I also consider the relationships, experiences and wider circumstances that shape how we feel, communicate and respond to the world around us.

I work with children, young people, adults, couples and families, supporting people through challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal thoughts, domestic abuse, relationship difficulties and complex family dynamics.

My professional experience includes working alongside local authorities, schools and residential homes, supporting individuals and families navigating separation, divorce, foster care and significant life changes.

I offer a compassionate, collaborative and non-judgemental space where we can explore what's happening, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discover new ways forward.

You don't need to have all the answers before coming to therapy. Sometimes, finding a different way of looking at things is where change begins.
